The Mobile Apps to The Tactical Edge Ready (MATTER) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III contract FA2595-20-D-0001. MATTER is structured as a decentralized $500M single-award IDIQ contract available to all US Government organizations and administered through USSF Space Operations Command. The scope of the contract allows CDS and our partners to "Design, Develop, and Deploy software and hardware solutions that improve capabilities to collect and receive information to better operate at the Edge." The contract has a $100M Task Order dollar ceiling and no government fee for use of MATTER.

Another option is the NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product-based services Contract NNG15SD03B. Providing the latest in commercial ICT/AV products and services. The SEWP contracts are for use by NASA, all Federal agencies and approved federal agency support service contractors. This contract vehicle offers no minimum order threshold and a $20 billion per Contract ceiling.
